Kobe turned 6, which is so hard to believe! Don't you just love my fancy cake??? Actually it was his choice to have cupcakes, which made it easy for me, but then at the last minute I realized we were out of candles, so we had to use a little votive. Oh well, it worked and he didn't care either way. It actually worked better cause we didn't have to worry about wax dripping all over the place. Maybe we are on to something here. Anyway, it was a fun day.
We finally bought a Wii, which the kids have been dying for! We gave Kobe a Wii game before we brought out the Wii and we were like "See, now you will have a game for when we ever get a Wii"...HA Ha! Yea, we are pretty funny. Could you imagine really doing that to your kid? Anyway, all the kids were pretty excited when we brought out the Wii. It was a big surprise since it was after Christmas. We had fun playing together that night.
